How can I empty Windows Temporary Folders (Temporary files directory)?

Windows temporary directory (Temp folders) stores Windows and other programs temporary files. This directory can contain files from programs you no longer have installed or files which may violate your privacy. ClearAllHistory empties Temp directory for the current user (a typical path is C:\Documents and Settings\username\Temp) and Temp sub-diectory in the directory where Windows is installed (a typical path is C:\WINNT).
