Tip of the Day

• How can I clear Google Toolbar history?

Deleting search history from the Google Toolbar (Google Toolbar Search History):
• Click on the Google logo on the Toolbar to access the drop-down menu.
• Select the "Clear Search History" option. This will clear all the previous searches from the drop-down box.
This only clears the search history from the Google Toolbar, which is entirely separated from the search history stored by your browser. To completely clear search history you should also clear your browser history.

AutoComplete is a feature that stores a list of everything you type in web pages (for example your name, e-mail address, credit card information, keywords you enter in search engines, etc). AutoComplete helps the user complete the form by suggesting possible matches - you can simply press the down arrow key and select the text without finishing typing. So anyone who has access to your computer can see a drop down list with information you've typed.
